BARRE – Group Fitness Class

Our all-levels Barre class combines ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and flexibility exercises to create a full-body workout. Designed to tone, sculpt, and improve posture, Barre focuses on controlled movements and small, precise exercises that deliver big results—all while keeping the class fun and engaging.

Led by an experienced Barre instructor, each session includes modifications for all levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout while helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
