Strength, Tone, and FitnessA dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasizes self-defense movements to prevent one from getting struck, grabbed, or taken down.It is a defensive martial art that emphasizes deflections, joint locks, throws, takedowns, and pins by using the aggressor's own momentum against him. Safety of practice is always emphasized. Aikido uses the entire body providing a full body workout and stress reliever.
