Strength, Tone, and FitnessA dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. We work the whole body to sculpt and define arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, gluts, and abdominals.

Clogging is a truly American dance form that began in the Appalachian Mountains and now enjoys widespread popularity throughout the United States and around the world. The Appalachian cousin of Riverdance! Cloggers dance to all genres of music wearing a soft leather show with a double tap that creates a distinctive sound. No previous experience is required.
