At Five Oaks on Warson, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer FREE group fitness classes designed to help you get active, stay healthy, and feel great—no matter your fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our fun, energetic sessions are here to challenge you and keep you motivated! 

GENTLE & CORE YOGA

Gentle Yoga: Enjoy the transformative benefits for a yoga at a slower pace. This class is a gentle, yet highly effective way to improve mental and physical health in a safe and noncompetitive manner.

 This class is designed to tome your whole body but with an emphasis on strengthening the core. The poses are mostly seated and reclined but will also include traditional yoga poses for flexibility and balance.

This yoga class is designed specifically for pickleball players looking to enhance performance, prevent injury, and recover faster. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned on the court, this session will focus on flexibility, balance, core strength, and joint stability—all essential for improving your game and staying injury-free.
Expect targeted stretching for hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and wrists, as well as breathwork and mindfulness to boost focus and reduce stress. Taught in a supportive, all-levels environment, this class will help you move better both on and off the court.

TOTAL BODY CHAIR - JOYCE

Getting Fit while you Sit! This class is unique and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our "Total Body Chair" class will show you ease, health, and mental benefits! Each class is adapted into a very simplified chair sitting exercise program.

MISSOURI RIVER CLOGGERS

Clogging is a truly American dance form that began in the Appalachian Mountains and now enjoys widespread popularity throughout the United States and around the world. The Appalachian cousin of Riverdance! Cloggers dance to all genres of music wearing a soft leather show with a double tap that creates a distinctive sound. No previous experience is required. All are welcome! 18+ yrs 

Class is relocated to the City Center on Wednesday nights beginning in July.

BETTER BALANCE

​Better Balance is designed to give you the tools to continuously improve your balance the more you practice. I believe balance is a combination of flexibility and strength, so both of those components are addressed in each class. Participants are invited to participate bare foot or in socks so we can begin to actually use our feet to help our balance. We build from that foundation. The class is designed to be ongoing, each class is slightly different but similar topics are consistently touched on to reinforce learning.

FREE CLASS: JULY 1 & 11

A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. We work the whole body to sculpt and define arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, gluts, and abdominals.

Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese tradition, is practices as a graceful form of exercise. Learn Sun Style Tai Chi utilizing a series of slow, focused movements and deep breathing to relieve pain, reduce stress, and decrease fall risk while improving balance, muscular strength, coordination, confidence, and mood.
