This gentle, all-levels chair yoga class is perfect for improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Using the chair for support, we’ll flow through stretches and poses targeting the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs, helping to enhance mobility and posture. Clogging is a truly American dance form that began in the Appalachian Mountains and now enjoys widespread popularity throughout the United States and around the world. The Appalachian cousin of Riverdance! Cloggers dance to all genres of music wearing a soft leather show with a double tap that creates a distinctive sound. No previous experience is required. Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasizes self-defense movements to prevent one from getting struck, grabbed, or taken down. It is a defensive martial art that emphasizes deflections, joint locks, throws, takedowns, and pins by using the aggressor's own momentum against him. Safety of practice is always emphasized.
