Better Balance is designed to give you the tools to continuously improve your balance the more you practice. I believe balance is a combination of flexibility and strength, so both of those components are addressed in each class. Participants are invited to participate bare foot or in socks so we can begin to actually use our feet to help our balance. We build from that foundation. The class is designed to be ongoing, each class is slightly different but similar topics are consistently touched on to reinforce learning.
