At Five Oaks on Warson, we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer FREE group fitness classes designed to help you get active, stay healthy, and feel great—no matter your fitness level. This all-levels class features a mindful, grounding practice for a mid-week mental and physical reset. We will focus on connecting breath + movement to promote relaxation, rejuvenation and a sense of calm. Modifications for beginners and more advanced practitioners will be offered to meet you where you are as we work to build strength, flexibility and balance. We will also learn various breathing and meditation techniques to help regulate and support your nervous system.

Core Yoga:  This class is designed to tome your whole body but with an emphasis on strengthening the core. The poses are mostly seated and reclined but will also include traditional yoga poses for flexibility and balance.

A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. We work the whole body to sculpt and define arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, gluts, and abdominals.

MISSOURI RIVER CLOGGERS

Clogging is a truly American dance form that began in the Appalachian Mountains and now enjoys widespread popularity throughout the United States and around the world. The Appalachian cousin of Riverdance! Cloggers dance to all genres of music wearing a soft leather show with a double tap that creates a distinctive sound. No previous experience is required. All are welcome! 18+ yrs
