​Laurie McKenney is a Parenting Educator who has been working for 30 years with teachers, parents, and children. A graduate of Northwestern University, and a lead facilitator and curriculum writer at the LUME Institute, she has taught hundreds of teachers and parents how to attune to children's emotional needs. Her mission is to help parents understand emotional development so they can raise brilliant, resilient kids!

Winning Discipline

Ever feel like you can’t win at the discipline game? Either you were too tough or too easy. (or just plain exhausted?) Refresh your parenting toolbox! Learn powerful principles and handy new strategies that will help you own your power and feel good about your interactions with your kids! This class will include time to practice these skills so you can feel confident bringing them home. This class includes childcare for 2-10 year olds.
