Our Family Tae Kwon Do Classes bring together parents and children for an exciting and rewarding shared experience, offering both beginner and advanced options. These classes emphasize discipline, fitness, and technique, while also fostering family bonding and teamwork.

​Our Karate Kubs Program is specifically designed for young children ages 4 to 6, helping them develop gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence in a playful environment. This program introduces the basics of martial arts while laying a foundation for physical and mental development.​

Family Tae Kwon Do (Age 6-80)

Blue Wave Life is a tribe! We believe in supporting families and each other. Martial Arts training challenges the practitioner Mentally, physically, and emotionally. This program is full of fitness and fun in a structured environment. Students will be immersed in martial art traditions and are asked to train in bare feet, wear traditional uniforms, and practice etiquette in both speech and behavior. This program provides each student, regardless of age, an opportunity to challenge themselves in a controlled environment and build resilience. We offer 50% off to each additional family member in a family unit to encourage families to grow together.

Karate Kubs (Age 4-6)

Blue Wave Life’s Karate Kubs are our newest (and shortest) students that are most excited about learning and developing!

​These Pre-K Kubs are between the ages of 4 and 6 and are developing gross motor function through play and martial art! In these classes students practice balance, coordination and learn basic techniques to help them become fit Karate practitioners and earn their white belts! We love to see these future leaders work hard and eventually transition into our family program with their peers!
