Total Body Chair is a gentle, seated fitness class designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this program uses a simplified chair-based exercise format to help you stay active in a safe and supportive environment while gaining both physical and mental health benefits.

MEET JOYCE HOCHBERG

This class is guided with care, encouragement, and experience. Joyce focuses on creating an inclusive environment where every participant feels comfortable, supported, and confident moving at their own pace.
