 ​Lynette Baker is a visionary, heart leader, transformation coach, yoga and wellness  facilitator, and world traveler.  She brings a soft, yet powerful, intuitive presence to her clients and students to support their journey.  Her focus is on leadership,  transformation, self-awareness, awareness, and wellness.   
Lynette is certified Level 1 Yoga Teacher through Ritam Healing Arts.  She is certified Level 1 and 2 Thai Yoga practitioner through Lotus Palm and Level 1 and 2 certified Jyotish educator through Vedic Art and Science.  She has 40 hours of training in Trauma by Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk and additional neuroscience training through NICABM.    She is a professionally certified coach, with studies through an international organization.  She has studied Ayurveda over the years through various programs. 
Lynette was initiated into Kriya yoga in 2022 by Swami Prabuddhananda Gigi in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda.
