The Youth Strength Training Session is a dynamic 4-session program specifically designed for individuals aged 12-18 who are eager to develop a strong foundation in strength training. This program provides the perfect introduction to building strength, enhancing athletic performance, and improving overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
Over the course of 4 sessions, participants will engage in 45–60-minute sessions twice a week, where they will learn the fundamentals of proper form and technique for a variety of exercises. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, each session will build upon the last, progressively challenging you to improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance.
