Zumba

Strength, Tone, and Fitness
Instructor: Sharon Skrivan This is a muscle-building and condition class. We use light weights, resistance bands, and body weight, varying the speed of the exercises so you are constantly challenging the muscles. We work the whole body to scult and define arms, back, chest, shoulders, legs, gluts, and abdominals. Gentle Yoga
Instructor: Beth Campbell Enjoy the transformative benefits for a yoga at a slower pace. This class is a gentle yet Highly effective way to improve mental and physical health in a safe and noncompetitive manner. Core-Focused Yoga
Instructor: Beth Campbell This class is designed to tome your whole body but with an emphasis on strengthening the core. The poses are mostly seated and reclined but will also include traditional yoga poses for flexibility and balance. Flow Yoga
Instructor: Jenny Loeb Every yoga pose will be taught step by step, very detail explanations, yoga warm up, main sequences, then always a good meditation at the end of class. Yin Yoga
Instructor: Jenny Loeb Yin Yoga is passive movements, each pose will hold for a longer time in between passive movements. There will be active movement you will feel a deeper stretch at the end of the class.
