The Parks and Recreation Department has MOVED!

The Olivette Parks and Recreation department is temporarily located in the City Center, 1140 Dielman Rd. 

All Monday and Tuesday Recreation classes, (morning and evening), will take place at their usual times with a Parks and Recreation Facility Attendant present.

FAQ
Why are we moving? 
-The old Community Center will be abated of hazardous materials in November and December followed by demolition in early 2023. After demolition, the final park renovation phase will begin with the installation of the new splash pad and completion of the new pathways on the old community center site.

How long will we be at the City Center?
-The Parks & Recreation Department will operate from the City Center until it moves into the new community center, Five Oaks on Warson, in late spring 2023

Where will we be located?
-1140 Dielman Road is our temporary home.
-There is a Parks and Recreation service desk to the left of the main front desk in the City Center Lobby.
-The department personnel will share office space in the City Center.

What will your hours be?
-Our main hours will remain 8am to 5pm
-Evening hours are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm

Can we rent the City Center?
-Yes! The Community Rooms are available on a limited basis to rent for meetings, clubs, workshops, business lunches, and trainings from 8-80 people. The rooms are not suitable for large events and parties. Therefore, fundraisers, wedding receptions, birthday parties, retirement parties, repasts, baby showers, sales presentations, etc., are NOT permitted.
