Denny Rubin, BA, is a certified personal trainer through both NASM and AFFA. A passionate runner, Denny enjoys training for races including triathlons, and marathons, and has participated in the MS 150 Bike ride for more than 20 years. Denny states that “As in any new adventure, you should work with a professional to get you started and monitor your journey. Accomplishing goals requires understanding as to why we work out and the benefits to our everyday life. It’s important to learn proper form for each exercise to the maximize the results and reduce injury. I will evaluate your current fitness level, personal goals, and skills.
