Jean also holds specialized certifications in group fitness, youth exercise, senior fitness, and nutrition, allowing her to work with a diverse range of clients. She has experience designing customized fitness programs for individuals with scoliosis and Parkinson’s disease, focusing on mobility, stability, and overall well-being.
