Erika Lewis

Erika holds both a BA and MA, and is a certified personal trainer through NASM and ACE, as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified professional. She has always been passionate about staying active, and credits her focus on strength training for helping her manage a busy family life. Understanding the unique challenges parents face, Erika designs exercise routines that are not only effective but also efficient and sustainable. She believes in breaking down fitness goals into manageable steps: one repetition at a time, one exercise at a time, and one day at a time. Erika finds joy in helping others achieve these small victories, knowing that with consistent effort, even the tiniest steps can lead to remarkable results.
Denny Rubin
Denny Rubin holds a BA and is a certified personal trainer through both NASM and AFFA. A passionate runner, Denny trains for various races, including triathlons and marathons, and has participated in the MS 150 Bike Ride for over 20 years. He believes, "As with any new adventure, it’s important to work with a professional to get started and track your progress." Denny emphasizes that achieving fitness goals involves understanding the purpose behind your workouts and how they enhance everyday life. He stresses the importance of learning proper form for each exercise to maximize results and prevent injury. Denny takes the time to assess your current fitness level, personal goals, and abilities before creating a customized training plan tailored to your needs.

Julie is a certified personal trainer with a focus on sustainable weight loss, functional fitness, and overall health. She holds additional certifications in yoga, mobility, nutrition, and habit formation. Julie helps clients achieve lasting results through personalized workout plans and habit-building strategies. Her approach combines evidence-based guidance with client-centered exercise routines aimed at fat loss, muscle definition, and long-term health. Julie is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to make lasting changes and adopt healthier lifestyles. Outside of work, she enjoys walking in the woods and spending time with her Pitbull.
Jean Marshall
Jean holds a BSBA and is an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a deep passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. With additional studies in physical therapy, she specializes in corrective exercise, addressing muscle imbalances, improving posture, and enhancing functional movement for everyday life. Jean also holds specialized certifications in group fitness, youth exercise, senior fitness, and nutrition, allowing her to work with a diverse range of clients. She has experience designing customized fitness programs for individuals with scoliosis and Parkinson’s disease, focusing on mobility, stability, and overall well-being. Her training approach combines individualized fitness goals with corrective exercise, emphasizing movement quality, strength development, and injury prevention—helping clients achieve lasting results while moving pain-free.

Andrew Francis
Andrew has been coaching and training clients for over 25 years. He holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He currently maintains multiple fitness certifications through NASM, including:
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Fitness Nutrition Specialist
  • Weight Loss Specialist
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • Performance Enhancement Specialist
Additionally, Andrew is an ACE Cancer Exercise Specialist and an experienced group exercise instructor, teaching indoor cycling, bootcamp, kickboxing, and yoga. He also has prior experience as an authorized instructor through the Red Cross and the American Heart Association for CPR, AED, and First Aid, and he is currently CPR and AED certified.
