​Enjoy the transformative benefits of yoga at a slower pace. This class is a gentle yet highly effective way to improve mental and physical health in a safe and noncompetitive manner. Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.

CORE FOCUSED YOGA
This class is designed to tone your whole body but with an emphasis on strengthening the core. The poses are mostly seated and reclined but will also include traditional yoga poses for flexibility and balance. Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.
