GOLDEN HOUR YOGA
This all-levels class features a mindful, grounding practice for a mid-week mental and physical reset. We will focus on connecting breath + movement to promote relaxation, rejuvenation and a sense of calm. Modifications for beginners and more advanced practitioners will be offered to meet you where you are as we work to build strength, flexibility and balance. CORE FOCUSED YOGA
This class is designed to tone your whole body but with an emphasis on strengthening the core. The poses are mostly seated and reclined but will also include traditional yoga poses for flexibility and balance. Please wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.
