Indoor Playground Party Packages

​Indoor Playground party packages are a convenient and fun way to celebrate your little one's birthday! Party packages come with a room rental and access to the playground. 
  • Tier 2 - The rental hours for the playground and multi-purpose room can be concurrent or separate.
  • No food or drink is allowed in the Indoor Playground.
  • Adult supervision at the ratio of 1:12 is required for the Indoor Playground. The playground has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
  • An additional hour in the playground can be added for $60 Member/Resident or $90 General.

Build Your Own Party Packages

Customize your birthday party by building your own Party Package. Check out the Day Pass Group Rate to get access to the Gymnasium, Playground, and Gaming Nook for parties sized 1-15 guests.

  • Gym Rentals are available from 3pm to 11pm (Set up and clean up times must be within this time frame) on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, tables and chairs are NOT included, we do have recommendations for rental services. Clean-up can go until 12am (additional fee).

Day Pass Group Rate with Room Rental

​Facility use group rate day passes are available with room rentals for parties sized 1-15 people. Groups larger than 15 people will need to rent the entire space. Day-use passes get you access to the playground, gymnasium, and gaming nook. 
1-15 Guests:  $5 Member/Resident
                        $7 General
  • Prices are per person and are only charged for the guests, chaperons are free.
  • Chaperons/Adult supervision at the ratio of 1:12 is required for all areas used.
  • The headcount must be submitted the Monday before the event. More can be purchased on the day of the event but there are no refunds on passes not used.
  • Passes are good only for the day of the event.

Rental Information

  • Hourly rentals are made on a first-come-first-serve basis
  • The full amount is due at the time of booking including the damage deposit if less than 30 days out. Payment options are available if more than 30 days away from the event.
  • Rentals must be made 30 days in advance and 90 days in advance for gym reservations.
  • Cancellations: For a full refund, we must be given notice 30 days in advance during normal business hours
  • Food and drink is not allowed in the Indoor Playground
  • Adult supervision at the ratio of 1:12 is required for all areas
  • Private rentals for minors require adult supervision
  • Vendor Insurance is due 30 days in advance
  • All Olivette parks and facilities are smoke-free
